Must read

Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav found himself in legal trouble as he was apprehended by the Noida Police on Sunday in connection with the snake venom case. Following interrogation, he was promptly remanded to 14-day judicial custody.

The arrest came as a result of ongoing investigations into the alleged involvement of Elvish Yadav and five others in supplying and using snake venom at rave parties. The charges levied against them include violations of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code.

Reports suggest that the investigation revealed the use of venom from cobra and krait species of snakes, obtained illicitly, during a party in Noida’s Sector 51. The party, which turned out to be a sting operation conducted by Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals, aimed to expose the exploitation of rare animals for entertainment purposes.

Elvish Yadav’s association with individuals suspected of procuring snake venom for such events led to his involvement in the case. Despite multiple rounds of questioning, Elvish denied all allegations leveled against him.

It was further revealed that nine snakes were discovered at the party venue, all of which had their venom glands removed, and eight of them were found to be missing their teeth.

This incident is not the first time Elvish Yadav has found himself entangled in controversy. He recently made headlines for a viral video showing him assaulting fellow YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur. Following an FIR filed against him in Gurugram, Elvish offered an explanation for his actions.

As the legal proceedings unfold, Elvish Yadav’s arrest has sparked widespread discussion across social media platforms, with many expressing shock and concern over the allegations against the popular content creator.
