Journey To The Queen of Hill “Mussoorie Trip”

Today when I was thinking about the Peace and Silence during the time I,m in Noida Traffic, I remember my trip of Mussoorie and the memories I built on this trip keep hiting my mind and I decided to write about the trip the journey from Noida to Mussoorie with my best friend Praveen.

Noida To Mussoorie

I remember the night its Christmas night my friend through a party on that day because he is a christian and when going to home at around 11pm on 25th December suddenly I decided to go somewhere and after so many places we decided to go to Mussoorie and we decide that we will start our trip early morning 3:00Am and this is our first trip and we did not know anything about the trip or the things we need during the trip. We pack our bag with some clothes and blanked and start our trip; the most silly part is that we don,t have money in cash to use during the trip in 2020 India is moving towards the digital mission but at that point the services are not implement properly and some places don,t have proper internet connection we thinking we take cash from ATM in our way but we don,t find any ATM in our way during the journey. We start our journey and we find 3 toll booth some how we managed to pay the tolls by cards or paytm and we finally managed to reach Dehradun and in morning we find their ATM to get cash And after that we move ahead to our Journey. During the Lockdown their is a pass for travellers that are mandate to everyone outside Uttarakhand so its take some time and we get the pass and continue….

Robbers Cave Dehradun

After Reaching the Dehradun we decided to went Robbers Cave, So we get 2 Ticket cost ₹50;before coming to this place we watch so many videos, blogs and articles about the Robbers Cave and we are too excited and when we reach their the excitement level become 3 or 4 times because we never experience such type of place in our whole life and after seeing this we would not able to absorb the envirnoment.

This is like haven for us to see such thing we start playing with water and we spend around 3 hours their and enjoy the beautiful nature.

After that we began our Journey…..

Kempty Falls(Mussoorie)

In the search of Kempty fall we went through the traffics and the beautiful market of Mussoorie; this is my first time when I were drive in Hills at that time I,m only a learner and driving in hills is too difficult and I face a lot struggle during driving.

This is the pick season for travelers who wants to see snow and enjoy the winters so too much traffic in way to Kempty fall Its around 9;00pm and we find hotels to stay at our budget but it would difficult for us to find the affordable hotels their finally we choose a hotel behind the kempty fall and all the night the sound of water flow we hear all the night and tomorrow early morning we went to visit Kempty fall.

we have to option to walk or to take Ropeway we decided to walk and in the way so many stores of gifting or food items present their, when we reach their although the water is not enough in the pond under the waterfall but we enjoyed their their is a place side of Kempty fall where you can visit a see so many things by just paying the ticket prices of ₹50 each; that place is also enjoyable.

Next we went towards Dhanaulti…..

Dhanaulti Uttarakhand

In the search of snowfall we went towards dhanaulti because we hear that we can find snow their by our friends, to find snow we went their the curve roads of mountains the uneven and bumpy roads makes us happy or excited towards our journey and we went their its took all day to reach their and once upon we have a budget constrant so we have to find affordable hotels their but we did not get success on it and we decided to sleep in our car tonight and at that time our blanket comes in picture and we use them. At night we are alone on roadside place where we don,t know anyone and we had fear in our heart that whats happen sometimes some small sound makes us uncomfortable, some how the night pass and when we woke up we find the snow fall starts and the surroundings got covered with snow.

we became happy that for the reason we are hear finally happened and we see snowfall.Our car starts slipping on snow and sometimes got scarry we suddenly the car rotate, after we decided to went to a famous temple trekk, the trekk as around 1.5km we start our journey towards the temple…

Surkanda Devi Temple

We take some pooja essentials with us and start our trekk towards temple and during the trekk we feel the snow thats falls on our face and head and the cold weather thats makes us happy the trekk was hard for us because we don,t have proper gears for the trekk and not proper shoes and proper clothes. So its little bit hard for us to trek but we did it at at top of mountain we went in temple and after the darshan we took some photos and went back because the local people warns us that if the snow fall continue tonight we got stuck their and the roads got blocked for week. So we decided to back to dehradun…

In the way we went to ECO Park during the park a small accident happens with us a biker hits us by slipping due to black ice, When we reach to Eco Park its a small park with some birds pictures over their but we did,t not find them because at that season their is no birds in that Park.

We enjoyed the downfall from mountain because it is easy than uphill and for me more convenient and we reach our home.

The trip cost us ₹10000 covering our food hotel and tickets prices.If you reach at the end I just thank you because with this article I remember those days and forgot sometime with my busy like and a city that never Quiet.
