A study has found that the time of day you drink coffee reduces the risk of getting sick.
In this study, people who drank coffee in the morning had a lower risk of dying from heart disease than those who drank coffee throughout the day.
Also, those who drank coffee in the morning had a lower risk of dying than those who drank coffee later in the day. However, this study could not prove that coffee is the only reason for this.
According to them, one explanation for this could be that drinking coffee later in the day can disrupt a person’s internal body clock.
