Nails pulled out, electric shock applied, youth murdered in love affair

A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Sitamarhi district of Bihar. Here a young man was murdered in a love affair. It is alleged that the young man who runs a coaching centre was first kidnapped from his house, then tortured inhumanly. He was given electric shock, his nails were pulled out and then he was killed. This incident sparked anger among the people of the village.

The angry villagers cremated the body by placing it outside the house of the accused. This protest was so fierce that a tense atmosphere was created in the village. According to the information, the deceased has been identified as Ram Bhajan Kumar of Harbana Rasoolpur village of Dumra police station area, who was a coaching centre operator by profession. Ram Bhajan was having an affair with a girl. It is alleged that two days ago, Ram Bhajan was forcibly picked up from his house by the people of the girl’s side.

What happened after this is enough to send chills down the spine of any person. It is alleged that he was tortured inhumanly before being murdered. Not only was the young man beaten, but even his nails were pulled out from his body. Not only this, he was killed by giving electric shock and torturing him.
As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, senior officers of Sitamarhi police reached the spot to camp. In view of the security arrangements, police force was deployed in the village.

Anotaha Bhagat, a relative of the deceased, told that Ram Bhajan was having a love affair with a girl for some time, due to which the girl’s side was angry and due to that this whole conspiracy was hatched. Dumra SHO and trainee DSP Ravi Ranjan said that prima facie the matter seems to be related to love affair and investigation is being done from this angle. At present, the police has registered a case and raids are going on to arrest the accused.
