Google has confirmed that the Fitbit Air fitness tracker will launch in India in October 2026. The tracker was first launched in the US at $99.99 and is now set to arrive in the Indian market.
The Fitbit Air is different from regular fitness bands because it does not have a screen. Instead, it uses a lightweight fabric band with health sensors. The collected health data can be viewed through Google’s Health app.
Fitbit Air Key Features
The tracker comes with several health sensors, including:
- Heart rate sensor
- SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen tracking
- Skin temperature sensor
- Accelerometer and gyroscope

It can track heart rate 24/7, sleep, heart rhythm, SpO2, resting heart rate and heart rate changes.
The Fitbit Air can store detailed activity data for up to 7 days. It offers up to 7 days of battery life and takes around 90 minutes to fully charge.
The tracker supports Bluetooth 5.0 and works with Android 11 or newer and iOS 16.4 or newer.
