The upcoming MG Hector Tomahawk EV has been spotted without camouflage ahead of its expected launch on August 26. It will be MG’s first model based on the new ADAPT platform and will offer 7 seats.

Design
The Hector Tomahawk EV gets a modern design with connected LED DRLs, a closed-off front grille, large alloy wheels and black body cladding. The SUV was spotted in an olive-green colour with a black roof.
Features
Expected features include a 12.8-inch touchscreen, 8.8-inch digital driver display, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, 360-degree camera, automatic climate control and ADAS.
Battery & Performance
The SUV is expected to use a 69.2kWh LFP battery. The Indonesia-spec model, on which the Tomahawk is based, produces around 201hp and 310Nm and offers a claimed range of up to 530km.
Price & Rivals
The MG Hector Tomahawk EV is expected to cost around ₹18 lakh to ₹25 lakh. It will compete with electric SUVs such as the Mahindra XEV 9S and Kia Carens Clavis EV.
